Staff rude, unapologetic and unapproachable. Ordered poached eggs that took over 15 minutes to arrive due to overcook unappealing fried eggs and only 1 arrived hard. Upon informing staff was very defensive! Won’t come back will stick to stone house in future who also is much cheaper and do bluelight discount!!

Me & my nephew want for a meal & was very nice & in morning went for all you can eat breakfast spot on also good value for money. Will be going again when stay premier inn..

Food is fair addmiedly you gt wat ou pay for and it a very reasonable price. The bottom line is there isn't enough staff on. They are friendly enough but rushed of their feet.
I definitely wouldn't recommend hot chocolate. one, it's not hot. secondly, you need to go to the bar for the hot chocolate powder which is ridiculous when they just don't have the staff so the wait was ridiculous.

Staying in the adjoining Premier Inn we had breakfast here each of three days. We found a very wide range of food available.which was very tasty, served in a pleasant atmosphere . Despite being very busy ,staff were very friendly and efficient.

Went for Sunday carvery. Very small piece of meat, unlike other places. Only down fall.

I had breakfast here while travelling for business, the service and the food was excellent, the all you can eat buffet breakfast was excellent value, delicious and generous

Didn't book a table but the lady said we could have a table but only for an hour, don't need any longer. Really glad we got in. Food was lovely and would recommend.
